LuLu's Lashes supports a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all orders. We will also replace any defective or unsatisfactory items.

If you are not satisfied with your order, we will refund the amount for all unused, unopened merchandise from your order. Refunds need to be addressed within 30 days from receipt. Items needs to shipped back in order to proceed with a refund. The return shipping fee is not refundable and the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are made in the original form of payment and are issued to the person documented on the original order as the billed customer. 

Please note:

    • We do not accept exchanges on any orders.
    • Packages returned due to an incomplete address, undeliverable address, refused package, or return to sender are considered a return package.
    • Any refunds for items purchased within bundles are not accepted separately. All bundles must be returned as a whole in order to receive a refund.
    • For any order discrepancies or damaged products please email support@luluslashes.com within 7 days from delivery. A photo of the package and/or item is required in the email in order for LuLu's Lashes to proceed with the mistake or damaged products.
